Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Each piece is designed by Geneva Frans and handcrafted in Cape Town. Wax sculpted
pieces are cast in sterling silver. Some designs combine silver and wood.

How long is the production time?
Made to order pieces take ± 3–5 weeks. Ready-made pieces ship within 3–5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship within South Africa and worldwide (USA, EU, Africa).

Which courier do you use?
We make use of The Courier Guy. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only if there is a manufacturing defect or
incorrect sizing (see Return Policy).

How do I care for my jewellery?
Avoid harsh chemicals, store in a cool dry place, wipe with a polishing cloth after wear. For
wood and silver items — avoid water and moisture. Care cards are included in every order.

Do you do re-polishing / resizing / repairs?
Yes. We offer resizing, polishing/cleaning, re-finishing and wood re-coating (fees may apply
— use our “Refurbish/Repair Request” page to log a request).
