RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds.


Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our work, all sales are final.


We do however accept returns for the following cases:
- manufacturing defects
- incorrect sizing where the error was on our side


To qualify:
- requests must be logged within 7 days of delivery
- the item must be unworn, unused and in original packaging
- proof of purchase is required


Once inspected and approved, we will either:
- repair the item
- remake the item
- or offer an exchange/store credit


Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are for the customer’s account unless the defect
was ours.
